Orders, Processing & Shipping
We typically process orders within 3-5 business days. During significant sales or holiday periods, please allow for additional processing time. Transit times vary depending on the shipping method and delivery destination.
Exchanges & Returns
Please choose carefully; it is not possible to change an order once placed, and we do not provide exchange or refund for change of mind.
International Orders
We don't offer international shipping at this time, but we'll update our customers if/when we do.
Damages/Issues/Refunds
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours at hello@thenakedcat.com.au with photos and a description of the issue.
(Refunds/exchanges will be issued to the extent required by Commonwealth and the State of South Australia law).
Exceptions
Warm temperatures may soften or melt candles, wax melts, and related products during shipping. We cannot be held liable for products that melt due to hot temperatures during transit. We strongly advise you to arrange for delivery to an air-conditioned location where someone can receive your package.
